Everything I wrote in July
July was somewhat preoccupied with relocating to Singapore, which has now finally happened. I am currently immersed in the process of trying to find a condominium to rent, as well as opening bank accounts, getting a mobile contract, and remembering not to transport durians on the MRT.
Here’s everything I wrote in July 2019:
- On JancisRobinson.com: - 41 tasting notes on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Ontario (subscription required)
- My Spittoon column considered the pleasures of average wines (free to read)
- A wine of the week made from Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley (free to read)
- 11 tasting notes on English still wines - including some of the best Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs and Bacchae out there (subscription required)

- My Living France column discussed French alternatives to champagne
- My Drinks Retailing News column examined why communication is so critical to the wine trade
- … plus there were three posts here on the blog.
